(Q) Where can I download the latest version?

(A) If you are a supported customer, your January newsletter will give you the website address where you can download the latest updates. If you have mislaid your newsletter, please email Ian at the address below, with details of your licence, and he will send you the link.

(Q) I've just installed Scale on a new computer, how do I install the licence?

(A) If you are a supported customer, please email Ian at the address below, with details of your licence, and he will send you installation instructions.

(Q) How do I get support?

(A) Support is split in three ways:

• If you think you have found an error in one of the calculations please mark it up with a felt-tip pen and fax or email to Ian, tel/fax 0800 634 9636. Ian will liaise with the engineer who is maintaining the proforma from which the calculation was produced; if necessary you will receive a replacement proforma.
• Accounts: if you have changed address of if there is a new contact person, please phone fax or email: Jennifer tel/fax 01425 473656, email Jen at the address below.
• NL-STRESS technical support, sales enquires, miscellaneous, please phone Doug Brown tel/fax 01425 473656 between 8:30am and 5pm.
