Additional offices receive a 25% discount on purchase price and annual support and updates.
Academic institutions receive a 25% discount on purchase price and annual support and updates for a SCALE site licence, when SCALE is used for academic purposes only. Commercial use requires a full licence.

The SCALE iPad version provides access to all the proformas, for all materials, for both BS and Eurocode, and is available by subscription with no upfront purchase or commitment.

VAT receipts and invoices for iOS In-App subscriptions are handled by Apple. If you need a VAT receipt for a SCALE subscription, please follow the instructions below:
- (1) Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- (2) Log in with your Apple ID. Make sure this is the one you used when purchasing your SCALE subscription.
- (3) At the top of the screen you'll see two tabs - click on the one that says "Invoices".
- (4) On the following screen you'll see all purchases you've made over the last 90 days, along with an Invoice button for each one.
- (5) Click on the Invoice button to view a VAT Invoice.
Please note: Fitzroy Systems does not have access to any Apple ID account or purchase details. We are unable to generate any invoice or receipt for App Store purchases.
