Contact for support is split in three ways:
- If you think you have found an error in one of the calculations please mark it up with a felt-tip pen and fax or email to Ian, tel/fax 0800 634 9636, email Ian at the address below. Ian will liaise with the engineer who is maintaining the proforma from which the calculation was produced; if necessary you will receive a replacement proforma.
- Accounts: if you have changed address of if there is a new contact person, please phone fax or email: Jennifer tel/fax 01425 473656, email Jen at the address below.
- NL-STRESS technical support, sales enquires, miscellaneous, please phone Doug Brown tel/fax 01425 473656 between 8:30am and 5pm.
